ARP's Header Stud Kit consists of high strength, heat-treated 10.9 SAE grade bolts made to exact OEM specifications. The complete set of 1/2 inch drive studs will allow you to convert your factory standard 2-piece header flange to a single-piece design for added strength. These 1/2 inch drive studs are used for LATE model 4 bbl cars with "flange" style headers. And if you live in an area where the roads are not paved, this stud kit will also help prevent header pipe wear under the car.

ARP's header stud kits are a common aftermarket solution for the replacement of broken or rusted factory header bolts. Our complete header stud kits feature new UEL (under-head extension length), and longer bolts to accommodate factory bracketry and appropriate grade hardware for installation.
