This adapter provides a specialized connection for the 7858 Tester. The rod, threads and O-ring of this part are designed to prevent leaks and provide a sealed tight fit with the radiator neck and valve cap on cars with 5/8 inch or 11/16 inch valves. This adapter connects to the tester's riser and is placed on the radiator cap.
