The 3/4in. (180-Grit Flex) FLEX CYLINDER HONE from Brush Research is designed to be used on flexible brake cylinders. This hones improves braking efficiency by reducing the brake shoe vibration and also promotes longevity by creating a more even wear and tear of the brake shoes. The flex cylinder hone has an attached rubber pad which holds the cylinder in place for use with any rotating shaft machine or drill press. It may also be used by hand and is fastened to your shaft with the included set screw.
