This DEWALT/Black & Decker backing pad has a construction of 2-ply and is made from rubber. The edge of the tool is composed of high strength steel designed to withstand constant use, and is geometrically designed for optimum efficiency .

This replacement backing pad is designed specifically for use with the DEWALT/Black & Decker D51240K, D51241K, DC514KA, DC514KL, DC515KA, DC530KA, DC530KL Series 18V NiCd Cordless Drills. It is not recommended that the 'D' series of Dewalt 18V Drill / Drills be used with any other brand of backing pad other than those specifically designed for this drill. Using any other brand of backing pad will void the ½ warranty.
