Dynaline In-Line Board Sander (Non-Vac)

This Dynaline In-Line Board Sander (Non-vac) is equipped with a 5/16 inch wide, 8-inch long sanding belt that easily cuts 3/16 inch deep to give you smooth, accurate sanding on a variety of materials. The 6 spindles are securely mounted in the frame by flexible shafts. They provide smooth sanding without vibration. The variable speed knob allows you to match the stroke of the sander to job requirements for accuracy and uniformity. Variable speed ranges from 800 to 2,000 RPM for fine grinding and finishing operations.

The Dynaline in-line board sander features a sanding belt that is mounted on the side of the infeed roller, making it very easy to use. It rotates smoothly along the entire frame. The body is made of rugged steel casting, and an aluminum table is available with the machine. It has maximum sander capacity of 5/8 inches, and a minimum sanding length that is adjustable from 2 1/4 inches to 8 inches.

The Dynaline In-Line Sander offers two 12mm wide x 8 inch long sanding pads attached to a lightweight aluminum body with comfort-grip handles. Use them as needed without the need for a vacuum or power source. The easy-rolling inline design glides along the surface and is compatible with most boards.

Sander pads wear out fast with hard abrasives. This quick change style sander is designed for excellent performance and longevity with soft weight sanding discs. The newly designed Velcro® system replaces the older pad holder style providing a better fit, better seal, and better sanding. The Dynaline in-line board sander makes quick work of planning not only base boards but ceiling and window casings as well.

With Dynaline in-line vibratory sanders, you can sand straight or curved pieces of wood, plastic, metal and drywall. The heavy-duty Dynaline sander has a wide 3-1/2" hook size and a 4" diameter pad so it's great for contractor use. Transport the sander with the convenient side handle.
