The Scriber/Magne is a convenient marking tool for metal, plastic, glass, and stone. Use it to scribe lines in the work piece or transfer dimensions.
The GHM88 Tungsten Carbide Scriber/Magnetic is a precision marking instrument capable of measuring depth to a resolution of 0.001 inch (0.025 mm). The marking head is fixed to the top of a brass stem. The stem fits into standard micrometer and vernier thimble holders. The stem can also be fitted directly into rotary devices such as the TOUGH-GRIP MAGNIFIER-HANDLED MICROMETER, model no. GM-5750-S (or any other rotary device).
The GENERAL TOOL GHM88CM is a tungsten carbide scriber / magnet measuring 5-1/8" long and 1/2" diameter. Use it to scribe lines in sheet metal, plastic, and other softer materials, or use it to pick up small parts. It can also be used as a scratch awl for marking on soft wood, leather and some plastics. The magnetic tip will hold up to 50 sheets of 20 lb. paper or more.
Here is a NEW IN BOX GENERIC Tungsten carbide scriber for flat surfaces and light contours. This one is brand new, never used. It comes with its original plastic sleeve, packaging, and paperwork.
The GHM88CM is a simple but very effective tungsten carbide scriber. It is easy to use, cuts on both forward and backward passes, has replaceable blades and has a removable grinding stone to sharpen blades without the need for separate tools.
This 4-3/4" (12.1 cm) scriber is made of hardened, bonded tungsten carbide with a steel shank. It is used for marking the edge of plywood and hardwood flooring and for scribing floor tile. The body has a 3/32" (2.4 mm) radius at its front end to ease marking of curves.
The 8" scriber with a simple to operate spring loaded push button and large 2-7/8" diameter replaceable carbide blade that creates disc-like cuts in hard materials like plastic, glass, cement fiber, ceramics and tile. Includes an adjustable locking stop to set the depth of cut and a cutting level indicator. The body of the tool can be used as a magnet or as an indexing guide. Handy belt clip for easy mobility.
