The Hutchins 2000 gasket covers are the basic spring loaded style. The galvanized, carbon fiber steel spring has a resiliency that will allow it to compress even when tightly packed with product to seal all gaps and leave no space for air leakage.

The Hutchins 2000 series angle iron gasket cover is used when the angle iron firebox is installed on the left side of the furnace. It covers the inside edges of the firebox to seal and prevent air leakage. Used in conjunction with the left hand gasket, it forms a gasket system that seals against air leakage from under the edge of the firebox while retaining heat in the combustion chamber.

Our gasket covers are made from high grade stainless steel and non-corrosive materials, and are designed to replace the seals on your gas cookers. The double rings around the gasket cover help prevent gases from leaking out into your home, while also keeping heat in. The gaskets will fit on all commercial gas cookers and main ovens.
