MANDREL 8-32 FOR 39200

The MANDREL 8-32 FOR 39200 replaces existing mandrel holder. Mandrels are designed to fit inside upper shear reed pockets of MAR39200 and play a critical role in quality, consistency and productivity of assembled parts. The MANDREL 8-32 FOR 39200 has 3mm chamfer with length of 156". This product is made from high strength forging alloy steel for long lasting shelf life. The zinc plated surface provides the strength to withstand the harsh environment during machining.

The Mandrel 8-32 for 39200 (Mars Part No. MAR-39255) is a steel mandrel with a diameter of .315 in.. The flat/concave surface is parallel to the ground. This mandrel can be used to reinforce the root end of the anterior portion of the TMJ joint while performing an osteotomy to extend the joint in adult patients.

Mandrel 8-32 threaded steel inserts for all MANDREL brand chucks for the MAR series of toolholders. Mandrel brand chucks are available in a variety of diameters and lengths.
