The G coupler, or gang plug, allows for quick changeover from one size tubing to another and offers a wide array of dimensions.

Each MIL-DTL-1858 rail coupler is made of forged stainless steel, with a durable nylon upper seal. All couplers are plated with Chromium/Nickel, which is the standard for aerospace couplers, to resist corrosion under the most demanding conditions. MIL1858 is designed to be used on heavy equipment such as tanks and tractors, as well as accessories such as fuel tanks.

The MIL1858 is a coupling used to connect one pipe or tube to another. This coupler has 1/2"-14 NPT male threads, 1"-14 NSPT female threads and a general service throat. Use with the MIL2059 connector. This coupler is fully captured for safety and should not be field threaded.
