Cast Iron Rotary Pump

Cast Iron Rotary Pump With 48 mm Rod and Solid Waste Valve, Armature Voltage: 6.0-14.0 VPH, Length of the casing: 280mm, Tooth Number: 150, 80RPM Flow Rate X10: 70L/min., Flow Rate X30: 32L/min., Max pressure of oil and water on the M25 side of the pump: 0.7 Mpa, Max pressure of water on hot oil on the L25 side of the pump: 0.3Mpa

"Application: The SP-60 is provided with an adapter to allow the use of Cast Iron Rotary Pumps.

Designed to service cast iron rotary pumps where heavy viscosity index oils are required. They can be used in many applications including tubular heat exchangers and fan cooler devices. These products provide consistent, control-free performance for the life of the pump.

NSP960 (00) Rotary Pump Cast Iron Rotary Pump with Strainer Assembly

A rotary pump delivers a better solution for viscous liquids, and higher viscosity fluids. The rotary vane pump is an ideal solution for lower viscosity fluid as well, particularly liquids such as paint and coatings where the discharge must be absolutely free of air. The NSP960 Pump has Integral Priming to provide vacuum relief when priming and is available with a wide variety of connections to fit most applications.

A rotary vane, or rotary pump is a positive displacement pump that draws in and forces out fluid by rotating one or more oval shaped blades with typically threaded ends similar to screws. They couple the principles of rotation and the pumping action of peristaltic tubing. They are usually used in applications where positive displacement pumps should avoid solid bodies such as centrifugal pumps, gear pumps or piston pumps. They are also used extensively in applications where no leakage is toler...

The NSP960 has a basic housing design and cast iron pump body for maximum durability. A magnetic drive allows quick changeout of all internal components, reducing the time of shutdown when repair or replacement is required. Other features include: Solid-state control system that employs analog and pulse width modulation (PWM) modes for maximum pump delivery at all loads; single-stage, vertical in-line design with no liquid level controls or drain connections; capacity of up to 36 gpm at 250 psi; several models available with ratings from 6.5 to 120 gpm and from 85 to 2500 psi (switch to TSSI
