This ASA fragment comes with a Uni-Kote finish, which is guaranteed to be free of white specks or defects. Each rod is straightened manually on precision turning centers, so there are no rough spots. It also includes a durable black tip, split guide rings and ceramic insert.

U-Rod® is a lightweight white 1/8" diameter rod made of polyvinyl acetate (PVA). It has superior resistance to solvents, high heat, and high impact. It can be used as a replacement for glass or stainless steel. It has a smooth surface to help prevent jamming or build-up on tools, lab equipment, and machines. The porous nature of the rod allows good connective bonding with glues, resists, and coatings for permanent connections.

The ASA Studio line of rods includes rods catered to the needs of specific fishing situations. The series comprises of 3-pieces rods, 7-pieces spinning rods and 10-pieces offring rods. The new rod designs offer improved performance through more compact and light designs with far less vibration than ever before.
